Milling and paving will take place daily from 7 AM to 5 PM, beginning on Cherry Lane, followed by Sauerman Road the Week of October 19. Residents will have access but should expect delays. All other traffic will be detoured using Windover Road, East Road, Short Road, and Spring Valley Road.
Construction equipment will be staged on Windover Lane beginning October 16 and through the weekend. Work is weather-dependent.
A section of the Bike & Hike Trail along Sandy Ridge Road, from east of Ren Way to Iron Hill at Ash Way, will be closed for trail replacement the week of October 26. The trail will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists, with work expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
