Doylestown Township is excited to announce that as of the end of 2024, we have successfully raised just over $3,000,000 for the Community Recreation Center (CRC) and Park Improvement Project!
This remarkable achievement was made possible by the generosity of our community. Through pledges, township events, individual contributions, and grants, secured by State Senator Steve Santarsiero and Representative Tim Brennan. Construction has been underway, and we are looking forward to the ribbon cutting event in Summer 2025.
This project reflects the mission of Doylestown Township to promote the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. The CRC is more than just a building—it’s a space designed to foster community connection, wellness, and personal growth.
As part of the Parks Improvement Project, the new state-of-the-art sport courts are designed to serve our growing community. The courts include basketball, bocce, pickleball, and tennis, offering valuable opportunities for recreation, community engagement, and an enhanced quality of life for all residents of Doylestown Township.
Another key feature of the project includes conveniently located restrooms near the Amphitheater and Kids Castle ensuring that the park improvements and CRC are accessible and welcoming to all.
There’s Still Time to Make an Impact!
Although we’ve exceeded our fundraising goal, donations of $500 or more received by March 1, 2025, will make the donor wall. If you have already donated, and would like to increase your donation, this is your opportunity to play a part in Central Park!
Larger naming opportunities remain available.
To everyone who has contributed: thank you for making this vision a reality. Together, we are building a brighter future for Doylestown Township!
