Welcome to Doylestown Township Municipal Authority (DTMA)

The Doylestown Township Municipal Authority is your locally owned and managed water provider serving Doylestown Township and parts of New Britain Borough and Plumstead Township.  The DTMA Board of Directors consists of five volunteer members appointed by the Doylestown Township Board of Supervisors. The DTMA Board is responsible for setting policy, rules, and water rates.

DTMA provides water service to approximately 10,000 residents in Bucks County. Our mission is to deliver a safe and affordable drinking water supply utilizing a combination of cutting edge technology and excellent customer service. Our groundwater production wells are monitored 365 days per year 24 hours a day by our dedicated staff. We are proud of the water quality and strive to provide the best customer service to our customers.

Fire Hydrant Flushing

The Doylestown Township Municipal Authority will conduct our Annual Fire Hydrant Flushing Program of its Water System.

Flushing will begin on:  April 4 To July 15, 2022 (weather permitting)

Flushing will be done between the hours of

6:30AM – 3:30PM

As a result of this procedure, you may experience reduced water pressure and/or discolored water. If discoloration occurs, run cold water until clear.
