Park Maintenance

To maintain our playing fields only, we regularly make use of chemical substances such as pesticides and herbicides. These substances can affect people as mild irritants to extreme allergy risks in rare cases.

The sign shown above is placed around a playing field 72 hours before treatment while local sport organizations are notified. The signs remain up for 24 hours after treatment. Then the fields are safe to use.
