Per Township Ordinance, you are required to pump your septic system and test your well water every three years. If you were due in 2024, we must receive your paperwork by March 31, 2025 to ensure compliance.

Reminders have been sent to all residents who are either due this year or not currently in compliance. Please submit your documentation as soon as possible to avoid any issues.

Please also note that Bucks-Mont Environmental LLC is no longer an approved pumper/hauler for Doylestown Township- for the approved list of pumper/haulers and water test facilities for the Township, please click here. 

Pumper Reports need to be submitted to the Township not septic receipts- pumpers and haulers need to fill out these forms that are available in the Township Building- a copy should go to the property owner, one to the Township and one can be kept by the pumper/hauler.  (See form below)

Please make sure these are completed by the end of the year if you are due this year and results/pumper reports are submitted to the Township.

Anyone who received a letter stating that you are not in compliance and are out of date, please make sure you complete these requirements by July 31st.  Failure to comply with this requirement could result in fines and legal action.
