Pavilions
Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation offers several park pavilions that can be reserved. Fees vary depending on the length of the reservation, group size and residency. Reservations may be made beginning January 1st for Doylestown Township residents and April 1st for non-residents.
Note: Pavilion rentals beginning April 1st.

Picnic Shelter
Two Picnic Shelters are available for small group gatherings up to 12 people.

Open air picnic area available for large group gatherings up to 50 people.

Special Events
Some gatherings and organized activities may place unique demands on public resources. To plan for these demands and ensure safety, large events/tournaments are considered Special Events and require submission of Special Event Application form, and supplementary materials, a minimum of 60 days in advance of the proposed event. We will be happy work with the applicant to coordinate facilities and resources. Events/dates are are not considered approved nor permit issued until all materials are submitted, reviewed and fee payment is received.
Kids Castle Groups
Group days have been established for ALL groups regardless of size. Groups that have not preregistered, checked in and/or paid their fee will be asked to leave the playground. Exceptions will not be made to this policy.
Group Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time-frame: 10 am - 3 pm
Fee: $5 per child
Supervision: A chaperone ratio of 1:8 is required.
Season Athletics
All leagues, sports camps and nonprofit groups are required to obtain a permit, pay designated fees and provide a certificate of insurance prior to using any Doylestown Township Park.
- Spring/Summer: Must be submitted no later than January 31st.
- Fall: Must be submitted no later than June 15th.
Returning athletic organizations in good standing are provided priority. All other organizations will be considered based upon remaining field availability.
