Turk Park
Turk Park off Almshouse Road (57 acres) has two expansive areas, Turk 1 and Turk 2 primarily devoted to sports activities. The open spaces include bleachers for spectators and fields for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, rugby and football. Both areas have a small playground for young children.
A walking trail that circles Turk 2 passes by a small gazebo for informal gatherings, rest and shade. Lots of bench seating and tables are scattered throughout the park for tired walkers, and snacking spots. The proposed Neshaminy Greenway trail will intersect Turk 2.
The Doylestown Dog Park, a member-based off leash area, is also nestled in Turk 2.
Port-a-potties and ample parking are available at both Turk 1 and Turk 2.
