Cooling Center To Be Open


Due to tropical storm Isaias, Doylestown Township’s Community Meeting Room located in the Administrative Building will act as a Cooling Center today, Wednesday, August 5, 202 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The room is be sanitized and will provide air conditioning, water fountains, restrooms and charging stations.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, masks are required and social distancing will need to be maintained.

What is a Cooling Center?
A cooling center (or “cooling shelter”) is a location, typically air conditions or cooled building that has designated as a site to provide respite and safety during extreme heat.
