Doylestown Township has passed Ordinance No.
299 which requires all residents who currently have on-lot
disposal systems to have them inspected by a Doylestown
Township-approved pumper/hauler/installer every three years. Residents also must have their water tested during the same
calendar year. The program has been divided into three cycles.

| As part of Ordinance No. 299, residents who

bacteria E-coli during the same calendar year that their system
is pumped. |
